Content & Brand Strategist

Proof is seeking a creative and experienced Content and Brand Strategist who will lead all content development and brand management strategy for our clients. This individual will work hand-in-hand with our internal design and development team, as well as directly with clients, with a focus on developing effective copy and content for websites, product/print pieces, and advertising campaigns.

Our process is highly collaborative and demands an all-hands-on-deck approach. This role is integral to the success of our projects, both during the creative process and during brand rollout and management ongoing. We’re looking for the right person who will take time to understand our clients and serve as an extension of the brands we partner with.

Expectations & Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of similar content strategy and brand management experience in an agency setting (note: this is not an entry-level position).
  • Versatile copywriting background and comfortable assuming the personality and tone of a wide range of clients across industries and demographics.
  • Lover of the written word and passion for writing everything from long-form data-heavy copy to concise, engaging product descriptions.
  • Fully proficient with AP style guidelines and excellent attention to detail with copy and content development.
  • Experience managing digital SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Confidence managing social media campaigns, posting, and engagement for Proof and for our clients, when applicable.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a highly collaborative small-team setting and open office environment.
  • Self-starter and comfortable managing workflow and tasks while juggling multiple projects.
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with clients and speaking with confidence in client meetings.
  • Positive attitude and confident while being open to feedback and critique from peers and management.
  • Passionate about ongoing professional development, research, and staying current on branding and digital strategy/marketing trends.

Brand Designer

Proof is seeking an experienced creative designer who will be responsible for both leading and supporting creative projects for our wide range of clients, including logo/visual identity development, website design, and print/digital collateral.

Our work is highly collaborative and we’re looking to bolster our creative team with a designer who understands the balance between creative ingenuity and operational awareness, and is excited about working in a fast-paced work environment that also takes the time to handle projects with the care and intentionality they deserve. Expectations & Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in similar role within agency setting (note: this is not an entry-level position).
  • Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and comfortable working on wide range of projects.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a highly collaborative small-team setting and open office environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet (and exceed) deadlines, and embrace exciting and complex challenges.
  • Experience planning and executing redesigns as well as new-concept design projects from start to finish.
  • Strong attention to detail and impeccable time-management skills.
  • Comfortable presenting work to clients and speaking with confidence in client meetings.
  • Positive attitude and confident while being open to feedback and critique from peers and management.
