Brand development for a historic boutique rental property.

Originally built in 1879, Henrie House is a unique and boutique property like none other. With genuine charm and rustic flare, you’ll be welcomed by tall, narrow windows, massive posts, ornate doors, and inviting hearths, making you feel at home whether you’re a Nashville local or traveling from afar. Host your next event, escape into a creative outlet, and make lasting memories in this historic home.

We worked with the development and interior design team to develop a name that represented the history of the home, while appealing to a modern audience. The local and regionally award-winning brand identity was developed around the period-specific interior design elements, creating a timeless aesthetic that translated to both logo/visual ID design, the property’s website, and through collateral and property photography.

The Henrie House website features the property’s historical background, amenities, and adds color and flavor to the surrounding neighborhood by serving as a guide for guests both local and from afar. With the mobile experience standing at the forefront of our focus, we developed a custom website for the property that serves as both a visually impressive reinforcement of the brand, and supports simple functionality for booking and reserving a stay.

Brand Extensions

Through photography, an immersive website, and in supporting materials and collateral for guests and visitors, we rounded out the brand development for Henrie House by focusing on creating magic memories at every turn and around every corner. Since partnering with Proof, Henrie House was acquired under new ownership, and will soon be part of a larger boutique development that will breath new life into the WeHo neighborhood of Nashville. The property has been featured on countless photoshoots for national fashion brands, musicians, and artists, and continues to shine as one of our city’s most unique and distinct rental properties.
