The Monroe is an apartment complex in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville. Opening in 2017, The Monroe is another example of Nashville’s skyrocketing population.

Seeking to create a space that felt like part of the Historic Germantown community, Proof worked to develop a name for the property and a comprehensive suite of deliverables including logo/visual identity, interior/exterior signage and artwork, website, and print/promotional materials. From top to bottom, Proof led every step of the creative process with the Price Development Group team with support from Lincoln Property Company.



Proof partnered with Vintage South, a commercial real estate developer to help position them as an leader in the Nashville space. We also created brand development for Stocking 51, a mixed-use commercial, retail, and restaurant development.

Proof walked Vintage South through a full rebrand that included logo/visual identity design, website design, and collateral development. Through our work, Vintage South is now equipped with a confident and refined brand – one that blends traditional Southern charm and modern innovation.

With over 100 agents and counting, and a loyal customer base, we partnered with Zeitlin to redesign and develop their website and MLS platform with a focus on accessibility, intuitive search, and agent relationships. With nearly 40 years of experience and a strong platform on the web, Zeitlin continues to stand as a leader in the local real estate market, and was recently acquired by Sotheby’s International Realty, a huge step in expanding the company’s reach.
