We’ve been spending a good amount of time recently asking ourselves the all-important question of “why?” Why do we do what we do? Why does it matter? Why, as a company, do we exist? Why, as individuals, are we excited about the work we do?
We’ve been asking ourselves a lot of “why” questions because I believe, and we believe, that getting to the heart of why you do what you do is the critical first step to gaining clarity and direction to what you do and how you do it.
As we grow our team and mature as a company (just celebrated our third birthday), we’re making sure we grow well. We’re focused on growing not fast – but deliberately, and we’re being intentional about understanding our own “why”.
We recently shot the new video that you see above, which dives deeper into “why” – while explaining what a brand is and how all the pieces of your brand come together to tell a compelling story.
As we continue to think about what you can buy (websites, logos, marketing strategies, etc.) vs. what we truly sell (branding), we’re repositioning and re-focusing our own messaging and position.
We’re growing. We’re evolving. We’re excited. Today we’re more aware and equipped than ever to do our best work. It helps to have the opportunity to work with so many outstanding folks – and we can’t wait to see where things go from here.
